Arts Festival State College

Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST) has again partnered with Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts to develop a smartphone app. The app will be available to festival goers using iOS devices and will provide schedules and social media connections. You can download the app by searching for “Arts Festival State College” in your app store.
